The bottle is compact for a 60-capsule count, and the directions are easy to locate without digging through tiny print. I also like that it stays in a simple capsule format with nothing to mix or measure.

I liked the product, so I ordered two more packages. After taking this product, my bowels worked well.

I bought probiotics from this company for the first time. Convenient capsule form. Good packaging. I've only been taking it for 2 weeks, I haven't felt any significant improvements or worsening of my condition. I think I should give a review after two months of taking it.

I liked the quality and ingredients of the packaging! I ordered a good set of ingredients.

Time will tell if this helps with hot flushes and better digestion but this is my hope and why I purchased this. I also liked the fact that is had mushroom in it for energy.

A super high-quality spore supplement. Clinically studied probiotics, including resistant SBOs (soil-based organisms) that survive and thrive in the harsh conditions of the gut.

Helps with gut health especially during menopause where everything seems to slow down.
