I recently started taking Ancient Nutrition's Metabolism Support Probiotics, and unfortunately, I haven’t been impressed. Instead of feeling any positive effects, I’ve noticed it’s making me feel too laxative. I was hoping for digestive and energy support, but so far, it’s been disappointing. The ingredients seem good, and I appreciate the clean formulation, but the effects haven’t been what I expected. I won’t be continuing with it, as it’s not working for me.
