I’ve been taking the product for about a month and I like how easy it is to use (2 capsules before bed). The formula features goBHB® ketones plus Capsimax® and melatonin for nighttime support. The quality feels solid and it’s nice to have something non-stim that I can take in the evening—no jittery feeling. I noticed I fall asleep quicker and wake up feeling more rested.

I haven't seen any difference in my life. Im on keto mostly.

I have been taking the product for almost 2 months but it's showing no results whatsoever! No fat burning! No ketones. For me it's been a total waste of money. It is way too overrated. I'm not sure if the ingredients are what is stated. it is tasteless. pill size is good though. since I feel it doesn't work it maybe of very poor quality!
