Dosage is too high I think and it is recommended to start with 1/4 , I was very tired the first days when I took the whole tablet Now on regular basis I am taking 1/2 and it is perfect
I don't think it's any better than two Costco Melatonine gummies...
works wonders for someone who has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. on the first dosage it knocked me out. will be buying more.
I use this because of what else included such a good blend and one dose is great to knock me out haha
This product did not help at all. Didn’t fall asleep any quicker or stay asleep.
Works pretty well I think. I don't love the taste but it's tolerable. I wish the melatonin dose was lower because anything over 5 mg hasn't been shown to be beneficial, so I bite them in half. Quality seems decent. I like that it has herbs in addition to the melatonin.

I'm impressed and grateful about the successful-way this product is working for me. The best of 2 other "herbal formulas" I have recently tried.
My husband uses this to help him get a better night's sleep. he feels that it is helping him get to sleep faster and stay asleep longer.
The product can last for 3 months or more. The taste of the chewable tablets is a little bitter and not tasty. They have the taste of an unnatural sugar substitute. What is good about the product is that it contains 10 mg of melatonin, vitamin B6 and magnesium. And herbs like ashwagandha, lemon balm, and chamomile extract.
