I have been purchasing this for a family member on a recommendation of the practitioner. I think it is helpful as the person taking it has asked to repurchase this supplement a few times now. The brand is very good and the product seems to be of premium quality too.

quality, ingredients, package are good. trying for my bloating after meals also have thyroid issues it's can contribute to low hcl that why planning to add these.

I think it has been helpful for my digestion. I take it at the very beginning of each meal. In my opinion, it has a very good formula. especially because it contains both digestive enzymes and betaine HCl. no taste no smell. I think the dosage is okay. I take 2 every meal. It would be great if they produce bigger bottles with lower price :)

I love love love this supplement! It is so effective and the quality is great! BIOptimizers brand is one of my favorites and I started by taking their Magnesium Breakthrough which has 7 forms of magnesium included. I recently added HCL Breakthrough and also their Berberine and like them all. Excellent quality and dosages.
