There’s no other such quality microbione support as this one. I like the taste of it, the chocolate one suits me a bit better - but the absorption is perfect, I don’t have any constipation problems anymore and I can see how it benefits my gut microbiome. The packaging is a bit small but I will keep on coming back for sure.
I have not used it for a long time yet, I think for a good effect it needs to be consumed for 3 months. But till now it is ok and I feel better
