I really like Nature Made K2 mostly because I trust the company.

I take one pill with every 2000 IUs of Vitamin D. I bought this brand specifically because it’s supposed to be the best quality for absorption. Size of pill is not too bad, medium size and has no taste, for the dosage I just follow the recommended dose on the bottle.

I use only USP - or NSF-approved vitamins/supplements, so that's the main reason this one gets a green light; trusted quality/ingredients, as this one is USP-verified. Dosage-wise, you need a K3 supplement only once every few days, so the bottle lasts a while. That said, it's ridiculous that the bottle is so huge for what it holds. And it would be helpful if NatureMade had a single combo vitamin with all you need for bone health: primarily K2, D3 and calcium. Instead it offers this K3 and a separate calcium vitamin with D3 (also USP-verified). Only reason it's 4 not 5 stars is absurd marketing/bottle size and, as mentioned, it would be better if NatureMade had a complete K2 vitamin offered for bone health.

I trust quality that’s why I trust Nature Made. I’m confident that it’s 101% effective because I feel it! It’s been living up to its name for a long time now. I don’t think I will ever settle for less or take another brand name for K2.

Nature made is a valid supplier of vit as their products are verified by a company other than them assuring you are really getting what the label says. The small gelcap makes for easy swallowing too .

I bought this to take with Vitamin D. It seems ok, but I'd prefer if it came in a larger quantity per bottle.
