Selenium is one of the antioxidants that we need constantly, so its quality should be the best. According to this fact I highly recommend microsomal plant-based one. I love it, it works!
I love this brand of supplements. Not SO important, but the bottles are absolutely beautiful and feel so luxurious. The product inside is great too! It is always nice to get vitamins and minerals from food sources, as I believe they are better absorbed and used by our bodies. I love this one.

I like the product, I have already finished it. It has a pleasant taste and smell. And it is very easy to dose thanks to the graduation on the pipette.
I’m glad I found plant based selenium. I think it’s better absorbed than synthetic, non natural forms. I really like that it’s liquid and not in capsules, because it’s easier to use. It has no unpleasant taste, lasts a long time and comes in a convenient package. I recommend it.
Excellent product but very pricey , as are all Global Healing products. This company does a lot of research, therefore I suppose that's why the price is so high... so I tend to only buy this brand when there is a sale. Selenium is critical for Iodine to get into the cells, so critical for thyroid health
Love this selenium. So clean and it is natural not synthetic. i take it everyday. taste alright. good quality clean ingredient. I take it with my zinc from global healing as well. it is microsomal so more absorbable & you are not wasting your money. i highly recommend this selenium. it is in glass so it is much better than in plastic no microplastic leaching to the product.
I take this every night with Iodine, D3 + K2 and have noticed a difference in my hair growth and my nails feel stronger. This is a quality supplement

I bought it to give to my daughter as she is deficient in selenium. Because it is strong i only give her few drops in water. Taste is ok. Not sure if it does anything yet
