it doesn't upset my stomach which is a problem i've had with other iron supplements. the pills are very small and easy to take. my iron has gone up significantly and i take these everyday and probably will for a long time due to my health issues. good quality product
I take this supplement twice a day, and my iron levels have gone up. Best of all, it does not bother my stomach like most iron supplements do.
Seems very effective, high quality. Neutral taste on the capsules, iron uptake seems improved (have not fully quantified via blood tests, but seeing improvements ) Definitely become a staple.
I was not feeling like myself for a while and so I had bloodwork done that showed I had low iron. I showed my doctor this and she was good with me taking it. She liked that it had vitamin C that helps with absorption. I noticed a difference in a short amount of time. I worried about upset stomach and constipation, as so many iron supplements can cause that, but it really didn’t affect me. I feel like myself again. I take one capsule a day and it is sufficient for me. It’s an easy size to swallow and the taste isn’t bad either.
