I am a hyper responder to nitric oxide boosters and sensitive to high doses of caffeine so this is an ideal preworkout for me. I am a medium framed, 180-190 pound, 60+ year old male and 1/2 serving gives me all the positive effects I need without any of the negatives from high stim, caffeine based preworkouts. The flavor was fine. If you find it too strong/sweet just add more water. This is my current go-to product and has everything I want and none of what I don't.

Love the fact that has a different type of caffeine so you don’t get the crash after the workout just he opposite. I can feel the beta alanine in 15 minutes not as much as other but it works. Also can feel the energy and the endurance while working out. I’m just not a fan of this flavor

one of the best quality pre workout I've ever taken. it's been properly dosed with the right scientific ingredients that legit work. I wish the paraxathine was a bit less though because even though it's better than the original caffeine, it can definitely affect your sleep if you take this pre workout in the evening. other than that, solid pre workout. I wish the servings were a bit more though for that hefty price..
