I had some nausea during my first trimester so this is the second jar that I bought. It helped me feel better, it is sour so it helped me a lot. Good quality, good taste. Size is a little bigger than regular hard candy. I was really happy iherb had these available when I needed it!

These candies are sour, fruity, and delicious. This package has my 2 favorite flavors - raspberry and lemon, so it’s perfect for my needs. I like that I can recognize all the ingredients.

Great taste but careful in terms of that it is still candy and contains sugar. It reminds me of those sour candies that pop in your mouth. It left the ceiling of the mouth slightly bruised, so I wouldn’t have them every day. Otherwise good product and the taste was great.

Really good portioned candy, also very practical as they're individually wrapped. Both flavours are delicious. Really recommend it.

it's candy but it's a zinc supplement. use it for nausea but also for zinc. wish all my supplements were candy.
