Eben though this is pricey, I know that the company does great research and commitment to product quality. Hence I am happy to pay more.

All products from Qualia are the best quality in h their category. Their magnesium meets their superior standard. I take it before bedtime and their efficiency is reflected in my Oura sleeps stats. I am particularly interested in my REM sleep and whenever I take Qualia Magnesium it’s off the charts.

Although this product is a bit pricier than some, it really worked for me. I think it is more easily absorbed than other magnesium products and I have found that to be the key in a lot of quality OTC supplements. .

I take this when I am winding down for the night and it helps me relax so I can go to sleep more easily. It’s not cheap, but I can’t find any other products with so many different types of magnesium. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t have much of a taste.

This is a very high-quality product with excellent ingredients and a well-balanced formula. I noticed good results after taking it consistently. I especially like the purity of the product and how well the vitamins are absorbed.
