I bought collagen from this manufacturer for the first time. The jar is designed for 30 days, although the instructions for use recommend taking it 2 times a day. So, one jar is definitely not enough for 2 times a day for 30 days. If you are going to take this collagen, mix it with water, you need at least 300 ml of water for 1 measuring spoon, because the concentration is very sweet, to the point of cloying in the mouth. In general, I hope that this collagen is better.

For some reason, there was only a little more than half of the powder in the package. Last time I ordered from the same company, it was full. I see results. I like the quality.
