The ingredient quercetin is reputed to alleviate allergy symptoms. My sister took this to rid herself of a rash from allergic reaction and it did! No bad taste. Great quality and performance for this product!

Im taking querticin to help with my histamine reactions. Not sure if it is working yet. Ive been taking for 2 months so far but still ahem dark circles around my eyes etc. I like that this product has the vitamin C as I dont eat much fruit or veg on a keto diet
Nature's Bounty is a pretty good brand; it just tastes like Vitamin C, so you can take it like Vitamin C.
