My stomach is susceptible to mushrooms so I can’t take pills or powders or the coffee mushroom stuff as it recks my stomach so that is why I love these patches because they bypass the stomach and gut so no issues with upset stomach.I use the clarity patch a lot during work to stay on task and focus. I have adhd and I don’t like taking pharmaceuticals because I can’t sleep. The clarity patches give me energy too which is helpful for stressful days at work. I have tried 2 patches on days which demand my attention to detail and multitasking. The patches stick well and smell nice I think they have peppermint which makes it feel good on my skin. Quality very good the size is perfect

Going to continue using these in tandem with the boost patches. Both give me a boost of mental clarity and focus.

I looked up every ingredient in this patch. I have found the patches provide a carefully curated blend of herbs. Mushrooms are so beneficial and the extracts are easily absorbed through the skin. I really do find this patch in the combination of mushrooms lending to a more relaxed calm "clearer" sense of feeling.

I have been using the clarity patch for the past month and really noticed a difference: no more brain fog in the morning, and I have good energy and focus throughout the day. I really enjoy the ingredients of lion’s mane, cordyceps, and reishi mushrooms. I don’t like the taste when I swallow the pills or drinks as it upsets my stomach. These patches don’t mess with my stomach because it goes into the bloodstream. It's such a cool concept. If it’s a tough morning, I have tried two patches, and boy, does that help! They stick well and come off easy and I can shower with them on. It’s a great quality product and easy to use, as I hate swallowing pills. I would highly recommend the friendly patches.

The quality is good. Didn’t expect a big difference but I feel like they help a bit with focus as a substitute for the actual mushroom. Nothing dramatic, just a subtle effect. The size is small and easy to wear without noticing it. Packaging is simple and clean. I use them on days when I need a little extra push mentally. Helped with my energy as well especially on my Sunday reset 👍🏽

I’m not sure if they actually work the dosage I used two ingredients are normal
