It's certified by AminoUP that it's real AHCC, but the ingredients say "mushroom blend" which could honestly be anything. I started wondering when I got an immune overreaction to a cold or something (cold went on too long, runny nose, fever) that stopped immediately after I stopped this supplement. Weird. I can't find any information. I didn't get this effect when I was taking Kinoko AHCC. Of course I'm taking other supplements as well, so there could be an interaction (which I also can't find any information about, no one seems to be having this issue). I also have some vague autoimmune stuff which, again, AHCC claims to help. Edit: possible beta glucan allergy. Kinoko has alpha glucans.

Easily digestible..no odor..no accompanying digestive and stomach problems...I've only been using it for 1 month..so far Ok!

i guess the quality is good size is ok package was arrived quickly i ddont noticed any taste .
