The formula is very clean and simple: it contains organic moringa, wheatgrass, barley grass, and broccoli, with no artificial sweeteners or fillers, which I always look for in this type of product. The serving size is around 6 grams (about 2 teaspoons), which provides a concentrated dose of plant nutrients, including fiber, vitamin K, and minerals like calcium and iron. From a scientific perspective, these types of greens are well studied for their antioxidant content, chlorophyll, and phytonutrients, which support cellular health, detoxification pathways, and overall metabolic function. Not flavoured or sweetened so it tastes as I expected, very green! Easier to swallow when mixed with coconut water or juice but I've been knocking it back neat with water. Gives me a bit of bloating afterwards but glad its organic.

I like the combination of these four superfoods. Taste is reasonable though. I actually blend it with one of the flavoured greens powders I own (which are almost always way too sweet for me.). I value that this is organic.

I mix with beet root powder in orange juice, with hemp protein powder. Everything works synergistically for sustained energy in morning.
