I bought this on the recommendation of Dr. Heather Sandison, ND, who wrote in her book Reversing Alzheimer's that she herself takes it: "I take four Qualia Mind whenever I have a big day ahead of me and I need to be 'on,' and I believe it helps me think more clearly and creatively. Surprisingly, I also sleep better at night. It does contain caffeine--if you'd like a cognitive boost without the stimulation of caffeine, there is also a caffeine-free version." I have mild neurocognitive disorder from a brain injury and am liking this product, I just wish it were more affordable. At first I took three capsules and the first couple of days I think it gave me a headache, but I kept taking it and adjusted, now the dosage I generally take is five (it says you can take up to seven capsules). I trust this brand, Neurohacker Collective. High quality, safe and would benefit someone struggling with cognitive issues who can tolerate caffeine

I use this product for years. not continuously, due to its very high price, and the luck of accessibility for me. Recently I've found it on iherb and ordered.
