These aren't as hot for the stomach and you do feel the warmth.

I take only one capsule each time. Although I usually do not have any GI discomfort - this one is too much for me if taken on an empty stomach, or if more than 1 capsule at a time. And not more than 2 capsules a day. It definitely helps to normalize bowel movement. It seems effective, but needs to be used with caution.
