I don't really like the composition and the dosage is too small for an adult, I took it at a reduced price, so that it would be there, since I take magnesium on a regular basis and sometimes new ones don't arrive in time.
great quality OK size capsule works well for muscles good to take before going to sleep
easy to swallow, quality magnesium product. nicely packaged with an extended expiration date. maxicaps are standard size. if you have trouble swallowing capsules, these might be hard for you

It is also beneficial. It removes inflammation, I recommend it. It improves joint function. It also improves skin, hair, and nails. The taste is neutral, easy to drink. The pain goes away. It also helps cognitive health. In general, I recommend it to everyone, you can take it.
So im told its good for calcium absorption and rest. I can atest for the good sleep part .. as for calcium count ... will find out in my next blood test :)
