I’ve been trying this electrolyte powder for a bit, and overall it’s decent, but not perfect. The convenience is great — the individual packets are super handy for the gym, travel, and long flights, and the powder dissolves quickly without clumps. Hydration-wise, it does its job; I felt the benefits pretty quickly during training sessions. Where it falls short for me is the flavor. It’s not terrible, but it leans more toward a diluted apple-juice taste rather than the green apple flavor advertised. It’s drinkable, just not something I look forward to every day like some other electrolyte mixes. The ingredient quality seems solid, but for me the taste is a big part of whether I’ll keep buying something regularly. Overall, I’d give it a 3/5 — effective and convenient, but the flavor could really use some improvement.

I love the green apple flavor. It's not sweet when used with more than 24oz of water. But anything less than that is not for me. My it helps me on the super hot days to feel human again.

This smells and tastes awful. More disappointing, is that it doesn't seem to have the same beneficial effects as I've felt from other electrolyte powders.

Great electrolyte! My only note is that it tastes more like apple juice than green apple.
Love the product. Taste is amazing, dont feel the fake chemical taste as most of the electrolytes have. Powder disspoves in water very well, usually add it to water bottle going to gym and enjoy it while training. individual packages are great to take it to trips and flights to stay hydrated.
