I tried the sodium bhb as I couldn't seem to tolerate the magnesium bhb (too many bathroom visits). I'm so relieved I didn't have the same issues with this one. Works well, although a little difficult to drink at times as it tastes like salt water.

I really liked the high BHB composition and absence of extraneous flavor ingredients, perfect for ketosis support in conditions of impaired endogenous ketogenesis. Another reason for selecting this: I needed ketone salts without calcium. Overall a quality product, with zero problems with the powder consistency or dissolution. It worked very well as a component of a home-made electrolytes-ketone mix, flavored by a bit of fresh lemon juice.

I am on keto for 2 months so still adapting. This helps to make the adaptation smoother, providing ketones while my body is still not making enough. It also gives sodium, which is one mineral which our body has increased demand on keto diet. The taste is not great bit is perfectly drinkable in my morning coffee together with MCT oil powder.

I bought this Sodium BHB for clean ketone energy on busy days, but I haven’t opened it yet. I like that it’s unflavored and pure—I just need to finally add it into my routine.
