A wonderful herb for mood, it raises the happiness hormone serotonin, but you must continue to use it because its effectiveness is cumulative and not from a single dose. Very excellent.
I tried this product for several days and it's not giving me any effects. i tried several ways and dosages too. i don't recommend this product

This Kanna supplement has probably the best quality and potency of it's ingredient Sceletium tortuosum. Size and dosage makes it a long lasting supplement, because you pretty much only need 1 capsule per day. Does not have an uncomfortable taste, and the benefit mainly revolves around it's relaxing and gives you a warm feeling that last's atleast few hours. I don't recommend taking it without consulting your doctor first, if you are taking at the same time 5-htp, l-tryptophan, have a medical condition, and if you are taking any medication. Note: This is not medical advice, just common sense to consult your doctor first before using.
Sceletium/Zembrin is life! This needs to be promoted! High great dosage in one pill!

In other words, its primary focus is stress, anxiety, mood, and brain function.
Very good quality ingredients, capsules are easy to swallow and do their job wonderfully. There is a subtle but clear improvement in focus and general well-being. A basic product for reducing mild anxiety.
I use Sceletium Tortuosum to help stress and mood. It works well. Great quality supplement from Nutricost.
High-pressure social or to eat before speaking on stage, emotionally stable, more confident. A word of warning: this has serotonin activity and should never be stacked with 5-HTP, Mucuna on the same day, there is a risk of serotonin overload. I myself consider it to be used for special occasions, not as a regular.
