The gel is great, sits good in the stomach. Caffeine gives you a boost during the run and keeps you going. Go gels ingredients are alot better then other gels
All around good gel. Easy to tear open, taste is not bad, though the caffeinated gels have a distinct taste.
A highly beneficial supplement for any workout or fitness session. The quality is superb, as it doesn't include unnecessary fillers, fitting easily into a strict diet. Been using this for all my long runs and most recent Hyrox race a month ago. Flavor is great and sits well with my gut. Highly recommend and just purchased the cinnamon flavour a few weeks back. Cant wait to give that a go and likely use it for future races as well! Gel texture is just nice not too thick unlike other brands.

The BPN Go Gel in Mixed Berry CAF has quickly become my go-to fuel for runs. The flavor is delicious - berry-forward, not too sweet, and easy to take mid-run without feeling heavy or sticky. The texture is smooth and thinner than a lot of other gels, which makes it so much easier to get down, even when I’m pushing hard. I really like the added caffeine—it gives me a noticeable but clean boost without any jitters. I also appreciate that it’s easy on the stomach, which is huge for endurance training. It’s a perfect balance of taste, energy, and digestibility - definitely one of the best gels I’ve used for long runs and races.
