There is zero clumping & no after "chalk" taste. The powder is very fine..smooth. A little bit goes a long way, as I don't use two scoops each morning. A little less than one scoop is enough for me. (Helps with toning down the sweetness). Tastes good, my grandchildren like it too. I put it in my coffee or macha tea. I have been ordering monthly for awhile. Pleased.
