These softgels have no taste, unless you bite into them. They seem high quality. I haven't noticed any problems.

I’ve been using Legion Triton Fish Oil and it’s easily one of the highest-quality omega-3 supplements I’ve tried. What stands out the most is the potency — each serving provides a high dose of EPA and DHA (around 2.4g), which is significantly more than most standard fish oils.  The use of reesterified triglyceride fish oil is a big plus, as it’s known to be more bioavailable and better absorbed compared to cheaper forms. It’s not something you “feel” instantly, but over time it clearly supports performance and general health — especially when training consistently. The only downside is the price, which is higher than average, but in this case, you’re paying for quality, purity, and an effective dose. But, I was lucky to buy it on discount. Overall, this is a premium fish oil supplement that delivers on both quality and results. Highly recommended if you want a clean, high-dose omega-3 product for performance, recovery, and long-term health.
