The packaging is beautiful, the taste is good, the ingredients are rich, and each serving contains a large spoonful, which can meet my daily training needs.
This EAA stuff is pretty great for recovery after a tough workout. The flavor is surprisingly good, not too sweet or artificial tasting. I've definitely noticed a difference in how quickly I bounce back. Plus, the ingredients list looks solid, feels like a quality product. Definitely worth giving it a try if you're looking to up your recovery game.
It's very refreshing to drink during exercise, and adding ice is perfect for summer. The ingredients are also excellent, and the quality is superb.

If you make it strong, it tastes quite similar to Welch's and is delicious. If you make it weaker, you can taste the bitterness of grapes and the unique smell of EAA, so it's a little sweet, but I recommend making it strong. It's expensive, so I'm not sure if I'd want to buy it again.

I bought it because I was attracted to Welch's. I could definitely taste the Welch's grapes. I don't exercise much, but I felt it was effective in preventing summer fatigue and dealing with daily fatigue. I don't know if the spoon is designed to hook onto the inside of the container, but every time I take the spoon out, the powder flies up, and there is a hook on the tip of the spoon, but when I put the powder in the shaker, it flies off somewhere else, which makes it difficult to use.
I drink Ghost during every workout! A great way to hydrate.I love the Welch's Grape flavor. It tastes like the real thing.
