After using the Ghost pre-workout, I’ve had some mixed feelings. At first, it worked well, but lately I’ve been experiencing noticeable crashes and fatigue after my workouts. On the positive side, it has a really good orange ice cream taste and mixes very well.

The energy you drink makes you feel like you're drinking energy, but it will never let you down during your workout. It gives you a really nice, strong pump and endurance; you wish the workout would never end.

It's so delicious. If I drink it, I'll have to work out, but I sometimes even work out just to drink it.

Ghost hit the mark with this one - it's not too sweet, not too orange-y, just the right taste to hit that Orange Creamsicle flavor. This is a traditional, stimulant pre workout - tingles and all. If you're working out in the morning or the early afternoon, the stimulants are fine, and really do add a buzz to your lifts and energy levels!
