I'm quite happy with this B-50 Complex. It's a great product with a really high dosage of B vitamins. I love that it comes in a pack of 90 capsules. B vitamins are so important for overall health and act as a good antioxidant, plus this one is rich in folic acid. Even though it's not the active form of the vitamins, the ingredients and quality are still really good. It's an essential supplement to have, and this bottle makes it easy to get enough.

I bought it because the ingredients seemed good, but it turns out it's discontinued. Oh well, five stars anyway.
