A really good product. I add it to water and the burning sensation in my urine stopped. As someone who suffers from urinary tract infections, it's a really great over-the-counter product and very light, not like antibiotics.

I didn't know if I had any serious kidney problems before. I bought it to try as a maintenance treatment. The pump is very convenient to use. It tastes a little bitter, containing alcohol, but it's not bad when mixed with water. It's alright! I've also seen many positive reviews. I'll use it for occasional maintenance.

With a struggling bit of a kidney concern, this product did literally nothing to help me if I'm being honest...and is asks that pump 4 times in each time you drink it...runs out fast, and would become expensive with continuous use. I'd be ok with that if I felt it worked....I didnt find that it did.

The quality is good. The taste is bitter and rich, but that's not a problem for me. The main thing is the results and benefits.
