It smells horrible and it's not because I have a heightened sense of smell - my husband barely managed to take the capsule as well.

The quality is good, has a specific smell which couldn’t always take as pregnant ) the size if the capsules is normal, easy to swallow

I’ve been taking these for a few months now. I’m not sure if they’ve improved my health until I get bloodwork but they’re easy to take. I would recommend taking right before a meal because the after taste is pretty gross.

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and started taking these 4 weeks ago. I can’t be sure if it is working, but I likes that the vitamin has DHA, choline, and folic. But the smell and taste is like fish food, and I always burp it up 20 minutes and it is so gross. Thank goodness I don’t have morning sickness otherwise these pills would really send me over the edge. Maybe that’s normal for these prenatal ingredients?
