It’s not an instant “kick,” but over a couple of weeks, I noticed better concentration and recall—especially helpful during data-heavy tasks or presentations. The capsules are easy to digest and don’t have that earthy mushroom aftertaste some powdered forms do. I also like that it’s organic and free of unnecessary fillers. The only reason I held back from a full 5 stars is that the effect is more gradual than pronounced.
