I like the thoughtful combination here, especially the use of methylfolate rather than basic folic acid. DHA + probiotic included too! Great quality ingredients, and it really looks like a premium formulation!

Now that I'm in the later stages, it made me laugh so hard. I recommend drinking it with decaffeinated barley tea. Strangely, it makes you feel like you're drinking flavored tea. The balance of the contents is good, so I'll buy it again if it's on sale.
