We've been taking the chamomile flowers extract mixed with juice, and it hides the flavour completely. Tastes a bit too strong and burns if taken on it's own.

I tried to take before sleeping so I can get deep sleep. I only sleep six hours. I am trying to sleep eight hours a day without waking up during the night.

I love chamomile tea, and this chamomile tincture has a pleasant taste and aroma. It's easy to take. I haven't noticed any side effects. I bought it to help me to fall asleep. But it didnt work for me. Not only didn't it didnt make me sleepy, but also made me feel weird.

I am using for sleep. Must use longer for results later.and to use in body wash before bed to help sleep.

Its great quality but does NOT help my kid sleep i mis it with passion flower as well and nothing not even calms her down lol not the products fault
