I am very satisfied with Oregon's Wild Harvest Organic Cascara Sagrada. Both I and my two daughters take it, and it has made a noticeable difference for all of us. I take it in the evening with food, and it works very well for me. My daughters also deal with constipation, and they are very happy with the results. They are now able to go to the bathroom daily, which has made them feel much better overall. The bottle is quite economical — it lasts the three of us about one month, which makes it a very good value. In the past, I purchased loose cascara powder from other brands, but it was inconvenient to constantly fill empty capsules myself. These ready-made capsules are much more practical and easy to use. great quality brand and a useful product to have on hand to use for detox
This works great for constipation! You don't want to take it daily though. The size is not too big. Im impressed with how well it works. No taste or noticeable smell. It has clean ingredients. The dosage is one capsule.
