These inexpensive, not particularly tasty gummies are a bit of a combination of two parts. One part is harder and contains iron, while the other part is just regular gummies with a slightly metallic taste, which is a bit scary 😱. But maybe that's how iron-containing products are supposed to be. I eat two a day, but I don't dare chew them for too long; I just swallow them whole. I didn't notice any particular effects after finishing them.
