scented strongly I used it 1-2 times a week great size I don't like it's leaves an oil residue and it's not clean the scalp and hair well
No complaints. It makes our hair smell, great and clean.
This shampoo is so excellent. I'm super impressed. My scalp has gotten so much better and I can go an extra day or two without needing to wash (unheard of for me). I'm definitely sticking with this one - after trying dozens of others.
I really like this shampoo, which is the only one I've used by Desert Essence. It has clean ingredients, and it is highly rated by SkinSafe (91/100). Also, it feels good on the scalp. It doesn't lather very much, but in my experience, it still doesn't take too much to get the job done. I have a sensitive scalp, and this shampoo hasn't caused a reaction! As for its benefits for a dry scalp, I've noticed some improvement. I won't say that it is a 100% improvement, but it has been good for me. Go for it! It's a great shampoo.

Helpful to my scalp when I was experiencing dryness. Not too strong on the scent, which is good. Gentle enough to use often. One star off, because the package is designed to be stored resting on its cap, and the cap fills up with water, which is annoying when you snap it off to use.
It leaves my scalp flaky after a couple days. But it leaves my hair follicles soft and manageable. It's versatile in that I can put the shampoo on and let it set, then rinse it out. Then apply the conditioner and leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the degree of damage to the hair and/or scalp.

I use this brand of hair shampoo and conditioner and have for years. I often get dry scalp and was thrilled to see that Desert Essence now has a dry scalp line of products.
Pleasant smell and doesn’t leave any residue. Good for giving scalp a bit of a clarifying scrub before a deep condition.
