I bought this magnesium mostly out of curiosity. I've taken regular forms of magnesium many times, but I've often read about NeuroMag, which is chosen specifically for concentration and brain function. I don't know how much of this is marketing, but my impressions are positive. I've been taking it in the evenings for over a month now. The most noticeable change is that my head feels less noisy after stressful workdays. Before, I could lie in bed and run through my to-do list for the next day. Now I fall asleep more peacefully. The effect isn't strong or immediate, but rather cumulative. I didn't experience any of the laxative effects that magnesium sometimes causes. The downside is the price. Honestly, I always think before ordering whether I should buy it again. But for now, I'm still taking it because I do notice a difference in how I feel.
