really wanted to try this supplement as a pre-workout, since it contains a new kind of caffeine called paraxantine..which is superior to caffeine..use it pre-workout, and it does give me a boost; not quite as much as I expected, but good nonetheless. nice flavor, slightly effervescent from small amount of sodium bicarbonate, and has ATP for cell production and energy. I like brain md products, very high quality, and use their creatine as well

The powder has a pleasant berry flavor and dissolves easily in water. I use it in the morning before a workout or when I need to maintain focus while preparing for classes. Unlike coffee, it provides a smooth energy boost without sudden spikes and subsequent declines. It doesn't cause jitters or hand tremors, which is important to me. It's caffeine-free—a big plus for those sensitive to stimulants. However, the capsule version is noticeably more energizing.

peak energy gives you a boost somewhere around 30-40 minutes after consumption, but taste is so-so, very berry, very foamy, difficult to drink it

Very sweet, added lemon juice to counteract it. Definitely kept me up at night so be careful when in the day you take it.
