I did a research of multivitamins and these one are the best from what it is in and the doses. Also when I started to use them I felt better and even my Whoop tracker showed improvements in the health metrics. Buying them on repeat now!
1st review:Since 01/2025, Game changer. Everything you need with total absorption. 2nd review: after opening container I could see something was off. Bottles & labels are not the same. Vitamins are not the same. I’ll continue to buy from BODYHEALTH only because these came across as a knockoff & are less expensive on their website. Sorry iHerb!
The size of the pill is rather large and that taste is hard to handle. But I love how many vitamins are all packed into one pill.
Bioavailability is key with vitamins. I have been taking these with great effect. convenient size.

Great quality product. The size and package are excellent. It tastes ok. The dosage is suitable. The composition has benefited my productive system health. I haven’t been using for a long time so I can’t tell if these positive results will last. I’m gonna keep buying it!

Very good MultiVitamin with mich more ingredients than expected. Its just a bit bigger and a little challenging to swallow :-)
I take it in the morning with my breakfast. They are easy on the stomache and even though they are big they are easy to swallow. I feel stronger wth this supplement, but I have been taking several so t is hard to say which one worked more or if it ia the synergy.
I found that Multicomplete is the best option of vitamins for me. It contains vitamins, minerals and additional substance for body. I always feel feel much more energy after taking it and I feel it really helps to my body. I recommend this product very much.
