I bought this primarily for weight control but I have not noticed any effect for 3 weeks not even with my cravings. on first week, I felt nauseated but after my body acclimatized but I continued since it has good ingredients over all hoping for other benefits from probiotics

Unfortunately didn’t work for me at all, pricy and not effective at all
