I bought this for my new baby and it’s just like they said it would be. I use the gentle brush on my baby’s hair each day to avoid cradle cap. The bristles are really soft, so I also use it to brush off any peeling skin. The comb and brush are very sturdy, but the brush is still very gentle on my baby's scalp. I know nothing about ingredients , but the quality is really good. I love it!

Worth it! I mainly find the brush & comb useful and they both seem like high quality wood.

the brush looks soft, the syringe looks adequate for suctioning out nasal mucous, the scissor contraption is an odd oversized mystery, the comb is spaced too wide foe a baby's fine hair and would be rough on a baby's tender scalp I bought it as a gift for a new baby UGH

A very good basic set for a newborn! The kit includes everything you need: a soft brush, a comb, an aspirator, scissors and a file. Everything is compact, easy to take with you to the maternity hospital or on a trip. The quality is excellent, the materials are pleasant, not cheap.
