This pepper jam has a very unusual flavor in a good way. It is sweet like jam but also slightly spicy and savory at the same time. I especially liked it on bread with a piece of meat or cheese on top, it adds a really interesting flavor. Good quality ingredients, nicely packaged, and feels like a premium product. Definitely something different from regular spreads and worth trying.
I love jams abd preserves but this caught my eye especially because it would be an interesting addition to an appetizer or cheese board.
