This product has a coffee mate texture and tastes ok straight from the jar but that’s it. I’ve tried it in porridge and also coffee and I can’t taste it. I’ve tried adding extra but it seems to have an invisible taste. Will try on bacon next. It doesn’t have a sprinkle type lid like the other spice lab products which is a little annoying.

Really delicious. Maple flavor just like in liquid maple, but I find it more convenient for me to sprinkle the powder on pancakes than the liquid. It also tastes good on top of yogurt with fruit/granola. This company's products are amazing. I also really liked the Gruyère honey. For those who like honey, I recommend trying it too 🩷
This was a popular item for me to use when I lived in Vermont. I have never seen it available anywhere until I found it here recently. Great substitute for sugar in anything you cook or bake and better for you
the bottle smelled like another spice like adobo or something weirdly :( i would choose another powdered maple sugar. getting the frontier co-op brand next time. it does taste good though and i like the price!
