It's not the arginine itself that's important, but the nitric oxide produced using arginine as a substrate. This is especially true for blood vessels. I have problems with my brain's blood vessels—frequent spasms. After seven days of taking it, I saw a noticeable improvement. I just wanted to try it and didn't expect such an effect!
