I'm glad Solgar made a powdered form of magnesium, to change the way it's taken a little, a lot of supplements, at least they're in a different form

I think it's a good product of excellent quality. It dissolves very well in warm water. I don't particularly like the taste, but that can be solved by adding it to another beverage or buying tablets from the same brand. I'm satisfied with the purchase. Also, everything arrived very well packaged.
This version of magnesium citrate increased my intestinal spasms. But my son drinks it and has no discomfort. So, be mindful of your gastrointestinal sensitivity.
