This lip plumper is amazing. When applied it is shiny and slightly pinky, so it can be used over more dry lipstick to soften the color. I like its mint scent. When first applied it feels slightly hot on the lips ....nice and funny. Amazing price and does plump the lips. there’s a slight tingly/burning sensation so if you’re not used to that just be aware but it’s a really good product

its leaves a tingle and slight burn sensation lovely on lips but if you touch your face alot be careful!
