purchased this magnesium supplement for my child, but unfortunately I regret buying it. After taking a closer look at the ingredient list, I realized the magnesium form used in this product is poorly absorbed and not very bioavailable. For a children’s supplement, I expected a higher-quality form of magnesium that is easier for the body to absorb. It feels disappointing to see such a low-grade ingredient in a product marketed for kids. I would not purchase this again and would recommend other parents carefully check the magnesium form before buying.
