The quality is excellent. I like the size, ingredients, and dosage. There's no taste. It tastes a bit sour when you chew it. I hope it'll be beneficial; I took it to relieve stress. The results are already noticeable. I alternate it with other vitamins. I take it every other day because I'm afraid of overdosing. We'll see what happens after the full course with these vitamins.
