The formula is light watery and hydrating on the skin. It gives that fresh dewy glass skin blush effect and blends seamlessly when used in small amounts. It does not feel heavy at al which I like a lot! This shade is quite intense and sheer and serum like. The color is more ruby red. Its a natural radiant blush but a skin like natural glow. This product comes in glass packaging.
